RENFE

After more than two years of work on the two Costa del Sol railway lines, the new and/or refurbished stations were added in September 2010. Fuengirola is now linked to the centre of Málaga via the airport and there is a new convenient connection for line C-2 at Victoria Kent. This latter connection means that is no longer necessary to go into Málaga centre to access the C-2 line that terminates in lora.

The C1 line is:
Fuengirola, (Terminus), Los Boliches, Torreblanca, Carvajal, Torremuelle, Benalmadena-Arroyo de la Miel, El Pinillo, Montemar-Alto, Torremolinos, La Colina, Los Alamos, Plaza Mayor, San Juli¡n, Aeropuerto, Terminal de Carga, Guadalhorce, Victoria Kent ( Connection with line C-2), Málaga Mar­a Zambrano ( “main station” – connection for all long and middle distance trains including the AVE)
and Málaga Centro-Alameda.(Terminus)

The new C-2 line is:
Málaga Centro-Alameda, (Terminus), Málaga Mar­­a Zambrano ( “main station” – connection for all long and middle distance trains including the AVE),Victoria Kent,(Connection with line C-1), Los Prados, Campanillas, Cártama, Aljaima, Pizarra and Álora.(Terminus)
